Vaidehi Ashram for Homeless Girls
Now there are about 90 girls in the Ashram. The Ashram looks after their residence, food and education. The girls are studying from Classes LKG to 10th in Sri Saraswati Shishu Mandir High Schools. Some are pursuing Higher Education in Colleges and Polytechnics. Apart from this formal education they are also taught fine arts like music, painting, dance, and handicrafts like tailaring, embroidery and Screen Printing. Physical Exercises like karata and yogasan are regularly practiced. They are also exposed to special personality development courses. Daily one hour sakha of Rashtra Sevika Samithi is also held which helps them to acquire courage, patriotism and an attitude of service to others. Thus the residents of the Ashram are given training for the over all development and enable them to be responsible citizens of free India.
The girls are not only well educated and trained but also provided sufficient opportunities lead an independent life. The Ashram has also taken the responsibility to arrange and conduct marriages for the girls. Already some girls are got married.
VAIDEHI KISHORI VIKAS YOJANA
(Development project for adolescent girls)
Under this project 50 slum areas have been selected to impart training in various aspects for adolescent girls which is special emphasis on education, health and hygiene, cultural development and & samskaras. This training is helping to achieve self- employment to them.

(Development project for Women)
Under this project girls from economically weaker section are given training in skills such as usage of computer, fashion designing and embroidery work so as to make them economically better, in the campus of the Samithi Social, Cultural and spiritual programmes are conducted regularly so as develop the girls into mature women.
Following girls of Vaidehi Ashram have got married and settled by ours institution.

All this 10 girls are given education from L.K.G. to Polytechnic. The committee performed their marriages and they are happy in their in-law's houses. Some are employed. In addition to these girls about 100 girls are taking shelter in Vaidehi Ashram, 76 girls are undergoing school education from L.K.G. to 10th class, and some are undergoing, engineering, diploma, degree courses and nursing courses.
